Hmmm, I think you're correct that we want to keep these reqs for

separate audio channel resources."

The idea is to provide a loophole for baked-in levels, which I think is
Josh's problem with Open Description.

2.)	We need to clean up the sentence referring to CA-3. Suggest:

"The group notes there are additional, similar requirements for audio
volume in CA-3. We further note that separate volume adjustment is not
always possible. However, where it is possible, it is a user requirement
to be able to independently adjust these volumes, as well as to
independently direct the audio to different playback devices."

Thoughts?
