Call for Consensus (CfC): Publish "Using ARIA in HTML" Heartbeat

Colleagues:

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the HTML-A11Y Task Force to approve publication of a heartbeat draft of "Using ARIA in
HTML," as requested by the document editor in:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-a11y/2015Apr/0052.html

This document was last reviewed by the HTML-A11Y TF in June of 2014:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-a11y/2014Jun/0072.html

Please note several individuals have already responded in support of the above request even as they have also noted suggested edits.

The PFWG's ARIA Authoring Practices Guide subteam has also reviewed the current
draft and recommends publication:
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-pfwg/2015Apr/0270.html

A concurrent CfC is ongoing in PF.

ACTION TO TAKE

According to agreed Task Force Consensus Procedures, this CfC is now open for
objection, comment, as well as statements of support via email. Silence
will be interpreted as support, though messages of support are certainly
welcome.

If you object to this proposed action, or have comments concerning this
proposal, please respond by replying on list to this message no later
than 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time, Monday 4 May.
