RE: HTML5: Techniques for providing useful text alternatives

It would appear that the last remaining bug [1] on this specification [2] has been withdrawn and that the document that Steve made available last Thursday [3] is ready for a Task Force CfC to accept the changes to this specification and to recommend that work be terminated on the document and that it can be published as a HTML WG Note.

Can we please start this TF CfC ASAP?
