Implementation status for HTML5 element/attribute accessibility mappings

The WAI-ARIA section of the HTML spec prescribes requirements for mapping
of HTML features to accessibility semantics, I did some testing of the
requirements for HTML5 CR spec

Note:  for the purpose of exit criteria testing and very limited time to
test the testing was limited to 3 browsers. I plan to test safari in due
course
