PF recently transitioned the hosting of their specification drafts from CVS and Mercurial to Git/Github. Because of this transition, the link to the latest editor's draft on the last published version of Media Accessibility User Requirements does not point to the current editor's draft. I will work on getting a redirect in place. In the meantime, I wanted to provide everyone with a link to the current editor's draft. https://rawgit.com/w3c/pfwg/master/media-accessibility-reqs/index.html The link above is also not permanent. It uses a 3rd party service called rawgit.com that could theoretically disappear someday. PF is considering alternative solutions to providing a stable reference to editor's drafts in the context of github. Once this is formalized, I will update everyone with a stable reference.
