[MEDIA] YouTube for MOOCs

This project may be something the Media Sub-Team would like to keep an eye
on.  At the very least, it should serve as a good example of intro-video
navigation.  The player also uses a word cloud, synchronized transcript,
bookmarking and navigation by keyframe image.  Many of these have
accessibility implications and potential benefit.
