Call for review - Media Source Extensions

Hi,

the Media Source Extensions spec is in Last Call until 17 October. If you  
have time to review and comment, please do.

If you would like your comments to be considered as formal comments of the  
Task Force, please let us know before the due date, since we will have to
1. Ask for an extension of a week or so to give comments
2. Get consensus of the TF on proposed comments
