RE: CfC: Publish three heartbeat drafts as WDs

Please note this CfC is for a heartbeat draft of HTML 5.1 NOT a heartbeat of the HTML 5.0 CR.

Janina: Since we have a bug filed and an intent to process that bug AND that we do NOT necessarily need consensus on the WD contents, do you still want to hold to your objection?

https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=21341 has been open since March.

Note also
http://htmlwg.org/heartbeat-201305/diff/Overview.html#obsolete-attributes

which I presume is a consequence. But then, that draft has all kinds of small errors.

This is not a shining example of careful work. But given that the bug is listed as one that will be fixed, and expecting that there is still a long time between here and requesting a transition from CR, I am OK with publishing the updates as is and waiting for the bugfixes to happen before any actual transition request.
