Upon a second thought - and som brief testing that made me think ..., I can see
your point. I think the most backward thing probably is that when the AT see an
<input> with an @id, then it cannot know why that @id is there - whether it is
references by a <label> or for some other reason. So I guess authors have to
make sure the <label> is not hidden ...
