Hi Judy,

I hope I will be able to attend for part of the meeting. But likely
regrets due to work conflict.

If people have recommendations to improve the longdesc proposal  let
me know. If we can agree on changes I will be happy to make them to
the proposal.

My personal objections to the other two proposals that incorporate the
suggestions from the Chairs' review are at:
