New accessibility bugs and comments

Good morning,

I standardly monitor all new traffic on the HTMLWG WG <public-html@w3.org> (which includes bugzilla bugs) and the public-html-comments@w3.org mailing lists.

Last week I found, and tagged with 'a11y'

[Bug 14870] autosubmit attribute for form elements

Seeks to add an @autocomplete attribute to input elements to automatically submit the form when onchange would be fired.
