Hi all,

In preparation for the F2F this coming weekend, I have worked over the
wiki page with the list of possible approaches to solve issue-152.

I have added Microsoft's change proposal as option 9, so we have
everything together on one page (Frank: should I have made a mistake,
please correct the page).

I have also added possible rendering approaches to each option, i.e.
how to use it in CSS. Some of it feels very clunky, so if you have a
better idea than what I proposed, please do change it or at least
reply to this email with a correction/discussions.
