The bug-triage sub-team added the a11yTF and a11y_canvas keywords as there are
a couple of bugs where a link doesn't refer to the W3C version that stirred
some discussion. Some people believe it's inacceptable to link to WHATWG
instead of W3C documents, others are OK with it. We need a consistent solution
and high-level decision how to handle those issues in general.
