Re: Change proposal: Title attribute is not a substitute for alternative text.

Hi Léonie,

On April 20, 2010 Janina forwarded Steve's Change Proposal (CP) for
Issue 80 to the HTML working group as the HTML-A11Y Task Force
Recommendation.
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-a11y/2010Apr/0182.html

The HTML Chairs listed the Steve's CP in their master table at that time
http://dev.w3.org/html5/status/issue-status.html#ISSUE-080

So I don't think that any further action by this group would be needed
for HTML-ISSUE-80.

For everyone's info the Task Force's Formal Decisions are listed at:
http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/wiki/Formal_Decisions

Best Regards,
Laura
