Can somebody clear up what is the current state of this? Is the intent to
present new information causing an existing issue to be reopened (just a guess:
perhaps issue 31?). Or perhaps the intent is to create a new issue?

If the latter, please suggest title and text for the tracker issue, as
described in the resolution.
