Ian, you are substituting notions by substituting a fundamental issue to
specific usecase. I've intentionally noted _multiple times_ that straddling
(fantom nonresettable margins, etc.) is just _one of_ possible usecases.

The real bug-point is need for having exactly _same_ possibilities/flexibility
when styling legend as we have when styling any other regular element.
