We are developing markup-language spec. We are developers, not users. When someone want to achieve some particular effect during solving specific task, he would just apply solutions that work or ask a question in a forum. Here, in W3 bug-tracker, we're trying to make HTML as a whole better by resolving _fundamental_ problems instead of solving narrow specific tasks. All tasks are different, while we are developing instruments to solve wide range of tasks.
