actually, after re-reading the 2 wiki pages:

and the newer

http://www.w3.org/html/wg/wiki/Metadata

i think it would be best to roll the metadata information into
what we are already proposing as an appendix for the Alt Text
Techs document -- or to, at least, unify the two wiki documents
so that they are reflective of each other...
