a native HTML5 describedby attribute, which can link to external as well as
internal structured content, can be leveraged by a content creator to create a
visual binding between an image and its description using simple CSS -- this is
an example of describedby having utility for those who do not use an assistive
technology, but who would benefit greatly from an visual binding of a
description and the object it describes
