I'd like to add that this bug is a solution with search for a problem. This
isn't the best approach. We should start by enumerating accessibility problems
of video and then evaluate which of the possible solutions can solve them best. 

Several problems have been mentioned, and each of them is only sometimes solved
if poster frame happens to contain exact thing that is desired (i.e. poster
frame may contain any part of the video, but it doesn't mean one can use poster
frame description to get information about any part of the video). A direct
solution to these problems may be much more useful and reliable.
