I think this may be a confusion - this particular bug is about something new
that doesn't exist yet, namely the handling of multiple audio and video
resources in sync. I believe your fixes only applied to WebSRT and the <track>
element.

We are still working on a solution for multitrack audio/video in the a11y TF,
so I would prefer to keep this bug open and the duty on me or the a11y TF as
before. Nothing to do for Ian until we come back with a proposal.
