Status: Did Not Understand Request
Change Description: no spec change
Rationale: See comment 19. I'm happy to change this to using
muted/.defaultMuted instead of audio="" if other browser vendors agree that
it's a better solution. In the meantime, I've left the spec using audio=""
since that's the solution that IMHO fulfills the most constraints (including
the "don't reflect with a different name" constraint that sicking has been a
big proponent for).
