Survey on display, focus, semantics, and labels bugs discussed last week

A survey on the proposed resolutions on several bugs we discussed last
week is available:

This survey is to test agreement on the proposed disposition of a number
of bugs related to display, focus, semantics, and labels. The proposal
was made 4 May 2010
