I'm the author. Thank you very much for correcting the spelling on
URI. Much appreciated.

It is getting long after documenting  the issue for three years.

No need to move it. But feel free to copy whatever is relevant and
helpful to the new page. If I get time I can try to help. But that
looks doubtful in the near term.
