I think this should be "Same as 2.1 Audio Description and/or 2.2 Texted 
Audio Description" to cover extended TADs.
TADs that are incidentally extended (due to the uncertainty of the TTS 
duration) are covered by TAD-4, but intentionally-extended cases could be 
supported in this section.
