"Products" in HTML A11Y TF tracker

When we did action item review in today's HTML Accessibility Task Force
call, we found a number of them were related to sub-groups, particularly
canvas. In order to make it more clear and easy to sort through things,
we created "products" for Canvas and Media. If you are creating issues
or actions related to those sub-tasks, please associate them with that
product using the Web interface: http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/HTML/track/.

We could set this ability up for other things we're working on too, but
should consider whether we want to. For now, I suggest we just do it for
the two sub-groups.
