I'm coming across a lot of bugs that have brief requests followed by links 
to long documents that cover multiple topics. It is relatively difficult 
to work out how to address these bugs.

Please try to include all the relevant information in the bug, as per 
these guidelines:

   http://dev.w3.org/html5/decision-policy/decision-policy.html#basic-step-1

I don't want to miss some important point because of misunderstanding what 
parts of an external document I should be reading to understand a bug.
