Yes, this time works for me as long as no physical phone is required. I'll
attend by any kind of software telephony or IRC.

There have been a lot of mails, so perhaps I've missed a crucial one: What  
is the agenda of the teleconference? I've always found teleconferences  
less useful than and more time-consuming than email and would like to know  
that the agenda only contains items that are better handled over  
synchronous voice.
