due to a lack of quorum (there were only 2 of us in attendance),
today's Canvas A11y Sub-team meeting has been canceled --

HOWEVER, if members of the sub-team are willing to meet next 
monday to review today's agenda


and the HTML Canvas 2D context draft at:


RichS is willing to chair the meeting -- frank, your participation
in particular would be crucial

sub-team members are asked to please let rich know by this wednesday if 
they are able to meet next monday, 20 December 2010 at 2000h UTC

Accessibility, Internationalization, and Interoperability are not
"features", "overlays" or "add-ons".  Rather, they are core 
components of any architecture -- programmatic or otherwise.
