The ideas about @orientation, @sort, @definesorder etc in relationship 
to @summary takes the approach that @summary should be used for 
everything that cannot be programmatically defined, and that we should 
try to focus - or exclude - what @summary should be used for as much as 
possible.

This is not conflation, to me. Even if it may require two change 
proposals, it still belongs in the same debate.
