On a similar note, the [various transform style](https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-typed-om-1/#transformvalue-objects) constructors seem to be inconsistent about whether they're taking CSSNumericValues (e.g. translate) or CSSNumberishes (e.g. rotate).
