Re: MSE V1Editorial issues

I have a pending PR out for review (
https://github.com/w3c/media-source/pull/96) and multiple w-p-t reviews to
do this week along with implementation work. Next week, I will buckle down
and start stamping out these MSE v1editorial issues.
