Aside from VPQ (which needs removal ASAP before branch, with no revert
planned in VNext), we have the option of removing these other features
before branch (and revert such in any VNext), or branch and then remove.
Given folks' upcoming OOO, I vote for removing before branch.

The VideoPlaybackQuality and totalFrameDelay features are covered by

This looks good to me. I have a PR (
https://github.com/w3c/media-source/pull/135) out to remove the VPQ prior
to any PR branching.
