Announce: English Reasoning over a Drug Interaction Databas

Hi All --

Alan Ruttenberg kindly pointed out that there is a wealth of data about
drugs and their interactions in a database known as DrugDB [1].

There is indeed a wealth of data there, but it can be hard to use.

This is to announce an English reasoner that runs over DrugDB .  You can use
it to write rules in open vocabulary English using a browser.  You can then
run the rules, again using a browser, and get English explanations of the
results.  From the rules, the system automatically generates and runs SQL
that would be too complex to write reliably by hand.

So, this is in some ways similar to other user interfaces to databases,
except that it is not hard coded.  It's not only a user interface,  but also
an _author_ interface that you can use to add knowledge about questions you
would like answered.
