Yes, it seems that a <keygen> (but better) is also available in Chrome OS:

This is IMHO somewhat puzzling but probably has little or nothing to do with what we are aiming with since it appears to be specific for enterprise usage.
As a comparison, Microsoft offers a specific solution for certificate enrollment for AD clients, while the Web version have been dropped in Edge.
