Thanks for all the hard work Jeremy, and if I can get two detailed reviews 
of the primer I will check in all changes as soon as I get back from the 
next telecon, and I will not reopen any issues unless there is consensus 
from the WG to reopen an issue. Therefore, I do plan to go to CR by the 
end of June, and so we should reach Rec by the end of July, as our 
charter notes (1).

  As soon as I get back from vacation, I do  not think I should miss any 
more telecons.
