FWIW: my own view is that:
a) this is a moderately serious problem for GRDDL
b) we can't realistically fix it

and so I would like to see:
- warning text in the spec, and maybe in the primer
- a new postponed issue, to be passed to the TAG.

I am interested to hear other people's opinion.
