I have thought about this.

here is a summary:
- most of the tests check that some feature of saxon and/or xslt2 is 
switched off
- these are hence not directly relevant to GRDDL as such
- I have found these tests very useful


Suggestion:
include the tests in the informative section, perhaps without a manifest 
file entry (since the manifest vocab doesn't cover them)

they then act as examples for implementators to take and modify for 
their own purposes. e.g. replace abuse of Saxon built-ins with abuse of 
A.N.Other built-ins ....
