Updates to test_results.html

I have pushed out a new version of the test results summary page[0]
(Revision 1.15) that includes the recent EARL updates from Raptor and
GRDDL.py.

Raptor is reporting two failures, but Dave has provided good
explanations for both[1]: one is a test that has been dropped, and the
other is the result of a known bug in the test harness (and so should
actually be a Pass instead of a Fail).

The results show four overall unreported results.  Two of these line up
with Dave's reason for failure of #base-detail: it is no longer part of
the official test manifest.  The other two unreported results are for
#error1, which is a relatively new test case, and for which I believe
Jeremy has informally reported that Jena passes.

This update should complete the following action:
