Incorporating Excel microformat stylesheet into GRDDL Primer

Mark,

The GRDDL Working Group[0] is interested in including a section on
gleaning results from (Excel) spreadsheets in the GRDDL Primer
document[1], which introduces GRDDL and illustrates some uses of GRDDL.
I have written a draft for this section[2] that is directly based on
your specification and code for a semantic microformat for Excel[3]. I
wanted to aknowledge your influence, to thank you for your work, and to
seek any feedback that you might want to provide. Please let me know if
you have any problems with a section like this becoming part of the
Primer.

Also, please note that the version of `xcel-mf2rdf.xsl` included with
that draft[4] includes two modifications. First, I ported the script to
work with XSLT 1.0 + EXSLT. Second, I fixed a bug where the index
normalization needed to use the `[last()]` predicate to look for the
"nearest" cell with an explicit index, instead of the `[1]` predicate.
