I interpreted my action

ACTION: JJC to see that the CR request gets to The Director

liberally, to include sending responses to
Dave Beckett
Diego Berrueta
and
SWD
on the comments list.

I believe these to be uncontroversial, but included a PS to the effect 
that they may be subject to formal correction by the WG.

I will update the crrequest, to include these comments and responses.
