iCalendar dtend fencepost bug in GRDDL primer

But the dtend property in iCalendar has to be one day
later than you might think:

  to <span class="cal-dtend"  title="2006-10-13">12 October,
2006</span> 


per "The "DTEND" property for a "VEVENT"
   calendar component specifies the non-inclusive end of the event."
