HL7 RIM/CDA GRDDL Transform

FYI: I've been developing a 'foundational ontology' for Patient / Medical 
records with the intent [1] to map to it from HL7 RIM/CDA via XSLT.  It 
would make a nice plain xml GRDDL example, as HL7 XML messages are 
federally mandated for devices in many hospitals.
