have you tried a command-line HTTP/webdav tool? I think
windows web folders are supposed to work too.

If you're copying Jean-Gui for support purposes, please
don't do that; Jean-Gui has a number of colleagues that
share the support burden via webreq@w3.org . Please
send support requests there, and copy me. That way
they get tracked and such.
