I also applied for accounts so that you guys can update it using WebDAV.
I think the extra cost of CVS/ssh isn't worthwhile for this. We
can set that up later if it turns out you really need CVS; but if
you don't already use it, you probably don't need it.

Until those accounts come thru, either Harry or I can edit under doc43
if necessary.

There may be some "which version is current?" stuff for the next few
days, but we can synchronize at next week's teleconference.
