Implementations for DCAT

Hi DCAT editors,

We've talked about having DCAT implementations from DERI [1] and "a statement" from Wood's Hole [2].

Will these be sufficient to show two instances of each term?  If not, what else do we need to do to cover that requirement for CR?

(We don't need to have these finished until we transition out of CR, but we do need to get them started.   Also, the conversation came up in our last meeting, but we couldn't resolve it without you two. [1]   Your input would be great!)
