[Data cube] Implementation report

Hi Dave, all;

We have recently built at Eurecom an application to help finding "the perfect school" consuming 5 stars datasets compliant, within the French context. The application is available here: http://semantics.eurecom.fr/datalift/PerfectSchool/#school/

We have used Cube vocab to model the different stats in the period 2011-2012. The endpoint is publicly available here: http://eventmedia.eurecom.fr/sparql using the named graph : http://data.eurecom.fr/school 

Let's take the example of this school "lycée polyvalent prive Nervers" (see http://semantics.eurecom.fr/datalift/PerfectSchool/#school/0340991t/) 

 - A slice (fixing the period and the department) derived for this school can be obtained with this query : http://goo.gl/3e52nE with all the measurements. URIs for slices are of the form: http://data.eurecom.fr/id/school/slice/{SCHOOLCODE}. 
For example, this query gives all the slices for private high schools. http://goo.gl/VqrWRm

I hope this could be reported as one implementation of Cube vocab. We re used DCAT in a vocabulary that will be soon well published and temporally available here: http://www.eurecom.fr/~atemezin/def/ecole/ecole-vocab.ttl

There are still some small stuff to fix regarding the coverage of the schools (extend to French multiple Islands ) and more interlinking with dataset in the wild.
