Hi Best Practices editors!

As we discussed in our last meeting [1], it looked like you three were planning to send us your finished Best Practices note for review today.  How are you getting on?

Also, Action-156 [2] said you wanted to 

    Indicate in the bp abstract that the document is unfinished and is subject to change

I hope that's helpful.  We'll look forward to seeing your document today!
