Well, just want to add some few words... and maybe a small question.
I've found this initiative [1] from a French Agency , where they try to 
classify laws/regulations by year(e.g: 2012 
http://legimobile.fr/fr/lr/code/impots/20120507/ ), by code (e.g for tax 
regulation: http://legimobile.fr/fr/lr/code/impots/20120507/ ), etc..

I was wondering if this first attempt of could leverage somehow your 
work...apart of adding more semantics and links to external data...
