Special thanks to John for scribing and Phil for taking over at the end and publishing the minutes. Also thanks to Deirdre for volunteering to scribe for next week's 2012-07-05 meeting! Bernadette will chair that meeting, and she'll send out that agenda next week as usual.

Apologies for DCAT getting lost due to bad ISA/ADMS planning, but thanks to Phil for the work he's doing there and leading the discussion yesterday, which we'll obviously need to pick up in the near future.
